Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. We understand “situations” arise but please note that the salon still bears the cost of a late cancellation. Out of respect to the salon and our other clients 48 hours notice is required.

If less than 48 hours notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment(s) booked. Non arrivals will be charged 100% of the cost of the treatment(s) booked. This must be paid before rebooking.

Please plan your time carefully. If you are running late, we will endeavour to accommodate you the best we can. However, we may not be able to perform the full service (or any of the service) as we have to consider the schedules of following client’s appointments.

To comply with our Work Safe standards ALL children under the age of 15 are required to be personally supervised by an appropriate adult that is not booked in for a service. i.e. you cannot supervise a child if you are getting a haircut.
